I stopped in to ask about a standard white Golf that I had noticed during the previous weekend, and met John Forth who provided me with a sound description of the car and its where it was from. I took the papers home to reread. the following night I returned and was well received by John we spoke further about the car. this made my decision to make an offer. The offer accepted, John then introduced me to a second knowledgeable and very friendly young lady Joanne who helped with the best finance advice. She then spent the next few days making sure all the T's were crossed providing the way for John to dot all the I's All in All a very friendly atmosphere with great people. I visited the dealership a few times and I have been looked after very well by Mr. Sudir Luthra. The model, features and the colour I was looking for in Jetta was not available in the dealers inventory looked after very well by Mr. Sudir Luthra. The model, features and the colour I was looking for in Jetta was not available in the dealers inventory but they went an extra mile to source it for me. The day I was to take the delivery of the vehicle, I was even picked up by Sudir from my work place to the showroom. I would now be expecting the same after sales service from them. My family were in need for a new vehicle since our Honda Accord was going in 15 years and my son has always been interested by the VW Jetta. Bramgate being our home VW dealership my wife and i visited and i Accord was going in 15 years and my son has always been interested by the VW Jetta. Bramgate being our home VW dealership my wife and i visited and it was there we met Chris. He took us around and showed us the different models and the prices. Our son was not with us at this time and declined the offer to drive the Jetta. We left not after letting Chris know that we will be back with our son. Several weeks passed however Chris was in contact with us very often wanting to know when we will be back to do the test drive. Our son was away at McMaster University and once he completed his final exams he came home. From this time on emails were constantly being exchanged between my wife and Chris in terms of best prices and the time to buy. We finally made a decision to get the Jetta and on the 50th anniversary my family arranged to go in and test drive and get the Jetta. On that day it was great to see and meet the managers, sales persons and other employees at Bramgate VW. At the end of the night we had leased a 2013 VW Jetta and even did the test drive. Today we picked up our Jetta May/29/2013 and is looking forward to the exciting trips we intend to do with it. Due to this experience we had at Bramgate VW i have no other choice but to give the above review. More
