Terrible service department. When I brought it to the attention of a service adviser, Steve, yesterday, he wasn't apologetic at all, and wouldn't even rectify the situation on the spot. I had to take time out of my day today and take it back in for an appointment and waste another two hours of my time all the while no one offered me even the slightest apology for a fairly standard job that a professional dealership should be able to handle without any problem. When I brought up the fact that I hadn't been offered any compensation for my time or even an APOLOGY, the service manager (who still didn't apologize for their mistakes) offered me a free oilchange while trying to place blame on some other shop mixing up the tires. When does anyone take the tires off the wheels except when they're done?! Absolutely ridiculous! I had to tell him to give me a refund for the original service at which point he offered to mail me a cheque!! Is this dealer living in the 70's? Who in their right mind offers to mail a cheque for a screwup in 2014! Still haven't received a proper apology for the incorrect work from these guys. Their Customer Service is a joke. Not to mention last week I had a 30 point inspection done and they tried to sell me a bunch of extras, such as rear brakes, that were verified as being fine by an independent shop and with my own eyes! Avoid this place at all costs! More

An out of town VW dealership informed me that the wheel was only "finger-tightened". That dealership replaced the lug bolts and checked to see if the other wheels were secure, all at no cost, and on a Saturday! Sure, it's an oversight at Bramgate Service, but a very dangerous one. The lay person should not have to check the work, especially something so elementary. Would recommend Bramgate still. More

Sudir was extremely helpful to us, both back in December of last year, as well as recently. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not your typical "salesman" (and I mean that in a very good way). We were sorry that he wasn't well enough to be at work the day (March 20th) that we picked up our new Touareg, but look forward to seeing him again when we're in for servicing, etc. Chris, in Sudir's absence, was very polite and effective, and made the pick-up process a smooth and informative experience. Hugh was very personable, and helpful in satisfying our additional requests. He remains committed to looking into one last inquiry for us, pertaining to the taxes we thought would be paid out on the purchase of my used BMW. Joanne was very quick in preparing the documents for us, as well as in the processing of them the next day. We were in a hurry time-wise, and she stepped up to the plate, without any attitude, and rushed through everything for us, effectively and professionally. We would definitely recommend your dealership to both Friends and Family, and are extremely happy to hear that your new location will be moving much closer to our home up in Cheltenham (West end of Caledon).
