An absolute delight I knew what i wanted, having visited several VW dealerships... i needed to get out of my Jetta lease, due to Mileage.. and i have to say Hugh, was abs I knew what i wanted, having visited several VW dealerships... i needed to get out of my Jetta lease, due to Mileage.. and i have to say Hugh, was absolutely thoroughly professional about the whole process. I went in for a new dipstick... but came out with a new car! I have been driving a 2001 Jetta for several years and needed a new dipstick, which lead me to the dealership. While waiting, I chatted with Chris about what they had on the lot. After sharing information Chris followed up on our discussion. He worked hard at finding me the type of car I was interested in and also within my price range. I am now driving a much newer model and am extremely happy with its performance. Chris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Volkswagens, technical and otherwise.
