I went into bramgate with an open mind and no idea of what I wanted to purchase. Chris was absolutely amazing from the beginning. He ensured that he explained each aspect of the vehicle to me. Chris did a great job with the comparisons of the trendline, comfortline and highline jettas as well as other cars. Chris was overly accommodating with my parents and I. We were then put in contact with Hugh regarding the trade in of my '09 jetta. Hugh was great to deal with as well, he ensured we received the most accurate value for the trade in. After deciding to trade in my car and purchase a new 2016, Chris was very helpful with guaranteeing my monthly payments were less than my budget. After a lot of discussion and comparison we decided to go with a new 2016 comfortline jetta. At this point we were in contact with Joanne, who was absolutely amazing to deal with. Joanne was very friendly and inviting, so easy to talk to! Being a first time car buyer Joanne ensured I understood every aspect of the process and did a great job with explaining everything to my parents and I. Finally we were ready to seal the deal! Chris and Joanne completed all of the necessary paperwork for the sale. Chris was so accommodating with arranging a time that worked best for all parties involved to pick up the car! Chris did a great job at explaining the features of the car to me the day of, ensured I had no further questions and sent me on my way. Would definitely recommend Chris to future VW buyers. My family and I had a great experience with Chris, as well as the other bramgate VW team members. Thank you all for your help! More

I loved the accommodating service and thought of coming back here now that I initially came to Bramgate Volkswagen back in 2012 to purchase my Jetta. I loved the accommodating service and thought of coming back here now that we needed to purchase a second vehicle. The staff is friendly and approachable. They are particularly understanding when it comes to working around a monthly budget and really don't pressure you, giving you the time necessary to make your choice. Chris V was our salesman and I would recommend dealing with him especially because he really knows how to take care of his customers. He bent over backwards to get us a ''good deal'' and made the overall experience pleasurable from his first email letting us know we were searching for a second car and inviting us to the private sale.
