He was excellent in his service and prompt replies to each and every of my queries. He was always spot on his advices. I found him to be very friendly, polite,co-operative and not at all pushy like others. Even my showroom visit with my kids to see the car and test drive, he provided me with exceptional service and information. The whole buying experience for me for this new car was superb. In the showroom, i dealt with Gustavo llson for the financing part.He did every thing in his part for me to get the best deal. A very thoroughbred professional, he was really competent in his service that he provided us. The whole financing part he took care of and gave us a great deal. Always prompt on any advices i had inquired to him via emails. Dealing with him i was always felt i am dealing with a person who knows his job inside out and will be balancing my needs with the financing. He was really patient while listening to my concerns and advised me in detail each and every part of the financing and what all will be beneficial to me. This guy is really good in his job. He explained to me in minute details all the operations of the car. He even connected my cell phone with the app connectivity in the car and went in detail to explain me each and every thing inside the car. He was very specific with his explanations. And he did an amazing job with the last minute documentations and delivery. And last but not the least, i again went through with the entire details and documentations with Juanne Yulo from Finance. She was absolutely friendly, supportive and very informative. She filled in all the gaps if there were any with the documentations. A very professional and efficient lady who knows her work inside out. Loved dealing with her too. All in all, kudos to VW Bramgate for having such a great working staff over there.
