We explained that we were just looking at the different VW models as we were unaware of the differences between the various lines. Chris patiently explained the differences to us noting on things that he thought would be important vs irrelevant based on our discussions. We ended up picking up the new Jetta and the entire transaction was completed quickly and with little frustration.
