I was going in due to unfortunate circumstances ( my car got stollen) and needed a vehicle ASAP. Within a minute of walking into the dealership Chris came to greet me. The service was incredible from the start (especially considering I walked in ten minutes to closing - I did not realize the time). That was not mentioned to me at all, I was only treated with respect and given great hospitality. Chris had continued to give me great service and even let me test drive the vehicle when he should have been off for the night. The management and financial manager in that evening were also amazing and very insightful. I couldn't believe how kind they were and the friendly atmosphere. It was very refreshing as I had gone into a couple other dealerships that day (planet Ford, nessan, and Chrysler) and at all dealerships the service could not compare as well as the price for quality. I was sold within 20 minutes of being at voltswagon. After deciding which car I wanted (Tiguan - Wolfsburg edition 2017) the colour I wanted was not in stock, and it wouldn't be arriving for almost 2 weeks. As I was in desperate need of a vehicle and I could not pay for a rental that long I had decided to settle for another colour. The next day, Somehow Chris had managed to get me a Volkswagen Golf to get me by until my car arrived! I was shocked and so happy to have someone who actually cared about my trouble. Throughout the two weeks I had updates on when to expect my vehicle along with all the information necessary to make it quick and easy on pickup day - which it was! Very impressed and would recommend anyone to visit this dealership when looking for their next vehicle. I'm sure all the associates are great but I am really impressed with the professionalism and care chris took throughout my buying process. More

My initial impression of the Bramgate dealership was less than welcoming and I was ready to leave and go back to Honda. MY husband and I walked in and were not greeted by anyone. It was my first time in a VW dealership- when we approached the front desk to ask why no one took the time to acknowledged us, she explained they like to let customers look around without being bothered. I appreciate that approach but a friendly 'hello' or 'let us know if you would like any help' would have been greatly appreciated as someone who is unfamiliar with your sales approach. However, our sales guy, Daniel, was great to deal with. He was not pushy, friendly and organized. I would buy another car from him in the future and loved that he threw in a coffee mug the day I picked up my bug! Nice touch. More

I started dealing with Daniel a few months ago as I was interested in the Volkswagen Golf line but unsure which model. He gave me some ideas and took me out for a couple of test drives. He gave me his card and I told him to email me if any sales came up. Over several months I received messages but nothing really interested me yet. These occasional emails did however keep me thinking about VW's. I would check out their used inventory and new vehicles. That's when the 2016 Golf R caught my eye. I immediately contacted Daniel. No pushing from him was necessary. What's not to love about the R. He was helpful as I new he would be and kept me in the loop through the whole process. Delighted with the car and look forward to dealing with Daniel and the Bramgate Volkswagen team in the future. More

After the warranty was up I took the car to a non-dealer VAG specialist because of a misfire. I was advised by my non-dealer VAG specialist that it looks like the sparkplugs has never been changed before... Car no longer has misfires and runs smoothly and more powerfully after visit to my non-dealer VAG specialist...At the end of the day, I cannot verify because I am not a mechanic myself... but annoying to have to get sparkplugs done twice just for piece of mind...
