After spending several weeks looking for a used car and dealing with some archaic sales practices at other dealerships including not even being acknowledged by the sales person (one particular sales person only spoke to my husband and only offered to take his license copy for a test drive and didn't even bother to ask who the car was for ). After some pretty discouraging experiences we walked in the door of Bramgate Volkswagen where we had an appointment to view the car. Chris had the car ready and inside so we could look at it in comfort. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the car. He took care of all of our concerns and delivered exactly what was promised when we came to pick it up. My friend’s sister triggered me to check out Bramgate dealership given that’s where she purchased her vehicle couple of years ago so I took her advice and decided to go in not knowing what to expect. As soon as I entered the front doors I was approached by one of the sales consultants (Christopher Vander Wel) who was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. I felt like I was in good hands as soon as we met, Chris has extensive knowledge in VW fleet as well as automotive industry as a whole which was a huge plus, it also helped that he is a car enthusiast like myself. All my questions (and I had lots) were answered in prompt, professional and timely manner unlike in some of the other VW showrooms I’ve visited prior to Bramgate. Throughout entire process I didn’t feel pressured in any way, Chris offered me multiple test drives to make sure car I was considering is right for me, followed up thereafter to provide further guidance.
