Had my dodge in for service over the span of a month. My vehicle was misdiagnosed and I paid for parts and install on each occasion. The level of incompetence from both the mechanics and the service department were unbelievable. I am out thousands for what should have been a quick easy fix. I get it, xxxx happens but the service department has been unwilling to help pay for what they admit was their own fault. What a waste of time and money. Go anywhere else but here for service. I have literally not one good thing to say about any of the service I got from any of the staff at this dealership. More

CROOKS, CROOKS It is a wonder to me that this dealership continues to do business !! Not only should the authorities have shut these guys down but the public should be very, very careful when trying to do any business with them. When I brought back the car that I had purchased (the next day) because it was shaking all over and noises coming from everywhere, they refused to give me my trade back. They took the plates off of the car and said "see ya". I walk with a cane and live 20 Kms' out of town, not even an offer for a ride home. I am glad that I could stop payment of the cheque or else I would really be ion trouble. They finally gave me $300.00 for the trade in they said that's all they for for it at the auction. Hold onto your wallet whenever you walk into this dealership. More
