The Complaint brought forth is unfounded as the customer had modfied his vehicle which resulted in drivetrain damage. Our sales Mgr and service Mgr communcaited with Kia Canada and as a result of customer relations and the short time of ownership; Kia Canada recommended repair as good will. Then more problems started to occur because of further modifactions completed by the customer and not through Boyer kia. As with all Mfgr any modifactions not approved by the manufcatuer to the vehicle is not covered under warranty. We at Boyerkia only wish to provide the best service experience each and every time, and you can also see by the account he created he is MAD at Kia Canada.. hence bookia .. But the customer is definatley at fault. We at Boyer kia are proud to employ one of the only three master tech's in central ontario and he has been with us for about 5 years now. But in January (About 2 months ago) like our salesmen shared with you there were no more 2011 models left, except for Optima; we knew this because you were not the only one looking to take advantage of the deal on the remaining 2011's. Thanks for the response. If there were in fact no 2011s left, perhaps it should have been reflected on Kia Canada's website.
