Took it to Boyer's Chevrolet in Bancroft for warranty service...no parts....1 week for delivery.... Now Going on 3 WEEKS! Still no part! Now I'm stuck at home... can't get out....too much snow for the car! No AWD! SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH DODGE! More

I found that the people who work at this dealership demonstrate a huge degree of empathy . I was given a very new car to drive while the truck was in being serviced, and I found that my satisfaction was the primary focus of their service. The end result of the repair was my truck looking like a million bucks. The collision team went above and beyond "just a work order" to pay special attention to detail, unique features, and quality of work and it shows.
