I brought the truck back not even a week later for some weird noises i was hearing the service department told me it was nothing to worry about and i was being parenoid. I purchesed this truck last febuary and have had nothing but problems with it. It is yet again in the shop with a $1600 repair for the noise i was complaining about from the day i picked up thd truck. I have not even put 15,000km on this truck since i purchased it. They sold me a lemon and pretty much laughed in my face i will never recomend them to any one. More

We visited both Gus Brown in Whitby and Ontario Motor sales in Oshawa and the customer service couldn't compare. VanDusen worked hard to find the exact vehicle that I wanted with all the features I requested and worked very had to give me the best price with all the discounts and promotions that were available. They make every effort to ensure you ae happy with your vehicle before you take it home and unlike other dealerships the good service doesn't end after you take delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend VanDusen to anyone who asks. More
Buy somewhere else! Step two drive it for a month. step three notice the brakes(that were a full brake job before you bought it mind you) Notice that they squeak everytime you hit the brakes. Step Four take the car in to have it looked at. Step five leave feeling frustrated Step six go back to the dealership...Skip to step eight cause step Seven is the same. Step eight Bill said that the mechanic said that the pads had severely compressed Step nine is find out all they did was change the front pads and nothing else Step ten slow down on the 401 and feel your car shake because the discs have warped like crazy. Oh and if you buy a warranty on a used car read it before you buy it because now I have to shell out almost $900 for struts because they are not covered...Also the financing read the details...Oh they will tell you how to fix the leaky sunroof Yourself....Thanks Guys! Unbelieveable! More
