He is a very knowledgeable sales specialist, transparent and showed himself dedicated to please us on our requests. He was able to provide us with the colour, interior choices and features on our wish list. We did not need to compromise on anything and had the car in our hands in a matter of a week. Once we got the keys, Trent walked us through the basics and made himself available if we had any questions in the future. We received a follow up email in a week with the vehicle, and again making himself available. The financial department, Sean and Alan, was also very thorough and we could clarify questions, walked through options and deals. The price we worked on was great with all the extra features that came on our Buick Envision, their promotions are irresistible and they have extras that are worth talking about, such as winter tires, storage options, personalized carpets, etc. Overall it is a pleasure to review and recommend such a great dealership. My initial introduction to Tamara was through my daughter daughters first ever car acquisition, a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT where we found Tamara to be both personable and knowledgeable but more importantly treated my 19-year-old with respect and understanding throughout the whole process. It was this experience that ensured that I returned to make my own purchase of a new 2018 Chevrolet Traverse LT recently. From the start, we communicated well! I felt at ease, didn’t feel any pressure and she answered all my questions thoroughly. I found that she gave me honest responses and represented the dealership in a professional manner. She is always quick to respond to emails and has so much patience especially for someone like my daughter who asks many questions.
