We weren't eager to give up on GM vehicles but explored other SUV options in the interim that were appropriate based on our needs and wants. Tamara excelled in her role as a sales representative. She was knowledgeable, prepared, transparent, and friendly. She knew the "in's and out's" of the vehicles we were looking at and was able to provide us with necessary information for us to be informed consumers. This seems pretty fundamental but was not the case with sales reps at the previous Buick dealership. Car purchases can be complicated, between the fine print and "nitty gritty", but we are very pleased with our choice to sign with Tamara and VanDusen Chevrolet Buick GMC!
