I brought my 2016 f250 in for oil change and then problems right after begun. Took it in tell me front end suspension is gone. That’s when I looked up online to notice that there is problems other pe problems right after begun. Took it in tell me front end suspension is gone. That’s when I looked up online to notice that there is problems other people dealing with the same as me. Of course it’s in the USA not Canada and it called the Death Wobble. They said never heard of it , but speaking to different people they have dealt with this issue which relates to $$$ 6,000 repairs. At first they called me and mentioned I would have to pay $ 300.00 approximately the warranty cover the rest. Then I get a text saying saying parts were in now the seals and wheel bearings not covered. So bill jumps up to $1348.00 complete in next half hour. I waited for call which never happened when ready.That was December 21,2020. I didn’t hear from them. On December 25, 2020 I get another text saying all what they replaced now this bill is $1646.17, everything else is gone to warranty. They called left message truck ready and Ford Canada as of today will not be covering rental, so fine. Unfortunately been at the RVH Barrie very early and took 4 hrs then went to dealer. I asked them why you not even bother to discuss regarding repairs I have to pay for especially when I never authorized. They said it’s they do business via text but they continually kept on adding and not once calling me to ask me if it’s ok! Especially when I’m the one getting the bill. They didn’t want to discuss that as they stated it’s a repair that had to be done as it’s not safe to drive! Well I get that it’s easy when it’s not your money to go ahead keep on jacking up the bill when we originally discussed $ 300 approximately I’d have to pay be done. No, let’s find more keep on billing the customer! Terrible service, worst of all the Death Wobble that’s USA not Canada ! I called customer relations, well I sure can tell you once I called they phone dealers immediately! They are not working with the customer they protect dealers!! That is bull! They said no recalls on your issues too bad, pay up. We had been looking to buy a truck give them a chance, no way ever! The time before a few years ago I was looking and the owner Adam bourgeois came out asked me what I was looking for and I’ll note he was polite I told him and his response was open your eyes there are thousands of trucks around! Never so insulted! I left and bought elsewhere. Now today same dame thing I had a truck I was interested in, but with the way service treated me with such a huge expense, I decided to buy a truck elsewhere and dump this Death Wobble issues that Ford fails to acknowledge. In the USA there is a class action lawsuit, but Ford will turn a blind eye on this as not enough complaints from consumers and it’s the actual design of the suspension. All F250-F 350 have it!!!!!! Beware people I’m not the only one. Too bad this has been twice I was going to buy here I’ll never ever return or recommend such a bunch of crooks and liar. Once I paid the bill they gave me paperwork which they never went over with and once they had my money I got to finally read what was done. My truck was outside the day before as I drove around to look and when I came it was put inside and why. Never so disappointed I’m sorry you actions speak louder than words. I have a case number regarding this and might as well written it on ice!!!!!!! More
I LOVE MY SCARLET (2019 NISSAN SENTRA SV) I HAD SEEN THE AD ON KIJIJI FOR A NEW 2019 NISSAN SENTRA SV WITH SUN/MOON ROOF. THE PRICE CAUGHT MY EYE AND THEN THE SPECS, COLOUR AND SUNROOF DID TH I HAD SEEN THE AD ON KIJIJI FOR A NEW 2019 NISSAN SENTRA SV WITH SUN/MOON ROOF. THE PRICE CAUGHT MY EYE AND THEN THE SPECS, COLOUR AND SUNROOF DID THE TRICK. I E-MAILED AND THE RESPOND TIME WAS ABOUT 10 MINUTES. THEY WERE GOING TO DELIVER THE CAR TO ME, I THOUGHT IT BEST TO PUT THE KM'S ON THE CAR MYSELF. I ARRIVED A DAY EARLY AND THEY SET ME UP AT A NEARBY HOTEL THAT ALSO SERVED BREAKFAST. THEY PAID FOR THE ROOM. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND ALSO GAVE ME A CAR TO DRIVE AROUND IN WHILE MINE WAS BEING EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE GOODIES I HAD, PURCHASED FOR THE CAR. I LOVE THE COLOUR, SCARLET EMBER. I'VE NOW NAMED MY CAR SCARLET. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. More
