What an amazing, restoring faith in humanity, experience. I live in Red Deer and the night before my birthday I saw a truck I liked online from Boundary Ford in Lloydminster. Their website say they specialize in out of town sales, and let me say they didnt disappoint. By 9am the next day I had received pictures and detailed video, a carfax report. By noon I was approved and had the papers signed. What's more is despite being 4 hours away on a Friday, in a snow storm, they had my truck delivered to me by 5pm at no extra charge. But wait, there is MORE! When I looked the truck over there were a few minor things that needed doing. The tailgate lock was a bit gummed up and wouldn't unlock, a tire pressure sensor reached the end of its life and gave me a warning light, and there was a bad rock chip crater in the windshield. I called Sean, Boundary's sales manager, just to see if they might help me out. His response, "Take it to a Chevy dealership in Red Deer and get me an estimate, we won't leave you hanging. Boundary Ford paid for a new windshield even though when I looked back at the pictures and videos the rock chip was apparent. They paid to have all four tire pressure sensors replaced eventhough they were just at the end of their life, and they paid for my tailgate lock to be taken apart, cleaned/lubed, and put back together, and it now works fantastic. They would have been well within their rights to refuse to help me, but they didn't even question it. Honestly, I have never been more impressed with the customer service I received. A big shout out to Herbert and Amanda who walked me through the process, and Sean. I can never thank you enough, you made my birthday more special than I ever thought possible. If anyone needs a new or used vehicle, even if you aren't from Lloydminster, you simply must check out Boundary Ford!!! More

But the finance guy was not….. he pressures you into buying extended warranty that he claims covers any issue you may have, The sales guy was decent. Then calls you a liar and ignores the emails and doesn’t even try to rectify the situation or anything. The service department must be blind as well as they can’t see a blatant safety issue right in front of their eyes when they “safety” a vehicle. Nothing but lies lies lies from finance the. After the sales complete they say “oh by the way it’s not the original motor” More

Son got stopped there with his 2017 f350. They charged 1200 bucks to diagnose a bad relay which we knew that was the problem. Told him it would cost 3500 bucks to fix.
