Son got stopped there with his 2017 f350. They charged 1200 bucks to diagnose a bad relay which we knew that was the problem. Told him it would cost 3500 bucks to fix. These guys may know how to wheel and deal to make a deal work, but like most other car dealerships behave in unethical and dishonest ways. I was sold a vehicle with a minor scratch (clean Carfax) that they work, but like most other car dealerships behave in unethical and dishonest ways. I was sold a vehicle with a minor scratch (clean Carfax) that they were getting painted before I took delivery. Delivery was delayed as it wasn't painted to their satisfaction which I thought was good that they were picky. They really sold how picky they were well but actually didn't care because when I received the vehicle I complained immediately to the point that they sent me a check for $1,000 because of the extremely poor quality of the workmanship. And hindsight I should have taken the car back to the dealership but they assured me all though it didn't look perfect it would protect the finish. I had an auto body friend take a look and tell me it was done extremely poorly but the dealer would not do anything about it or take the vehicle back at this point. It also turned out that they lied as they told me it was just paint correction on the rear quarter panel but it turns out the entire rear end of the vehicle and both sides of the vehicle were painted completely. This became evident as the clear coat started peeling in about 20 different spots right off of the car in large peices. Whatever pathetic and blind individual painted the car had also painted over the rubber seals around the windows, then painted them back to black which caused the black rubber to dry and harden. They made a catastrophe out of an otherwise fine 2019 vehicle and still sold it without fixing the problem correctly. Thoroughly inspect your vehicles from this dealership because they sell and lie about the quality of their vehicles so please do you diligence...and then some. More
