La transmission avait été ouverte avant d'arriver au Québec. À 108 000 km la transmission c'est vidé de son huile sur l'autoroute, résultat : finit, elle doit être changer. La compagnie mère en Ontario refuse de nous aider. Fini pour nous cette marque et les concessionnaire appartenant au même groupe de propriétaires, plusieurs concessionnaires de d'autres marques leur appartiennent, dans le même coins More
This is the most DISGUSTING customer service I have ever experienced!! Regret the moment I stepped foot in the showroom. I STILL DO NOT have a vehicle, after some research I found out that it actually was received (by the dealership) BUT it was SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! As of March 2023, the dealership is permanently closed. I was never informed of the closure. I never got my deposit back. I don't have a vehicle. And absolutely no way of contacting them. More

They tol This establishment is a rip off..! STAY AWAY..! On Dec 28, 2021 I brought my 2019 Grand Cherokee in because I got a check engine light on. They told me that my #6 piston was misfiring and that I need to change my ignition coil. So the following day I was there at 7:45am and we agreed the job would take 2 hours. (135 anchor plus the coil at 129$ = 399 plus tax. I was there all day, only to witness the mechanic take apart my engine and NOT be able to fix my Jeeps issue. All day some sales rep tried selling me a new 2022 Jeep (such a turn off), finally at 3pm they tell me my Jeep is ready, I went for a test drive with the mechanic because I wanted to make sure it was not going to repeat the issues and sure enough all the issues came back They brought the Jeep back in to look at and the mechanic was telling me that the issues might have something to do with my transfer case. Then they tried moving my Jeep and now it wouldn’t start, so they were even more confused. Now the time was 6PM and most of everyone had gone home for the holidays and I’m sitting there with a Jeep that barley works (because they didn’t do anything to it) and I need to drive back to Toronto where I live. So here’s the interesting part: Service manger (a complete unprofessional) starts billing me for my time spent there and everything that was done above the agreement we had. Final invoice $1100. and as expected xxxx NO..! So we start discussing…After much back and fourth we get down to $762 and I’m told that the car is fixed and no more issues. I pay..like an idiot..!!! 10 mins into my drive home same issues reoccur..Get home and bring my Jeep to my dealer where I’m told I need new “rockers and lifters”, SO WHY DID BOULEVARD JEEP CHARGE ME FOR A COIL AND SPARK PLUG AND $762 to fix nothing of the issue..? How does 1 dealer say one thing and another dealer say something completely different.? I thank the lord that the mechanic left my changed parts in my Jeep because my dealer tested them on another Jeep and they were firing just fine. I tried reaching out to them but of course since the invoice was paid, they wanted nothing to hear of this. I EXPECTED MORE HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM but in the end I got an invoice and some spare parts. More

Forget about the after-sale service Sent my car in for service. Got it back with dirty floor and ceiling, as if it was joy-ridden. Scratched body. Super expensive service. Best hands on customer service from Rosette👍 We have been searching for so long and every time we saw car we went to visit the dealership and I never was what we wanted to there's always someth We have been searching for so long and every time we saw car we went to visit the dealership and I never was what we wanted to there's always something that we didn't expect and what was that we called her that Saturday morning I want to know because we live in Laval Did not want to go all way down there and I was gonna be having our disappointing surprise so she decided to FaceTime and show us the car that was the best decision she ever made by her allowing us to see the car on FaceTime with a side of that was worth the trip to go see the car and we bought it right there and then that afternoon she took care of everything !! Luckily, if theres one speecie I dont trust - its a salesman, Check for any additional fees they charge you because this dealership does. When you ask about the fees they brush it off. Admnistation fees are illegal in Québec. Also, check the website where you saw the advertised price, mine ended up being more expensive on the agreement. By law, they are supposed to give you the price advertised on the website. Apparantly this is a gimic dealerships use. This place, does that! Fight for the lowest price you find. So many other little lies here and there, including getting lied to about the interest rate offered ( fight for it and you will get it..its all a sales tactic ) and I was also lied to about the light on the Dashboard. I was told its because the engine was cold --- it was the Tyre pressure monitor sensor. Of course, i didnt fall for that either Car I purchased was used - always check the www.apa.ca website before getting a used car. Lots of info on there you can use. More
