Was recently in for an oil change appointment which was two hours late. They decided to check the cabin air filter told me it was dirty that I could have another new one for $30. I said go ahead amongst ot two hours late. They decided to check the cabin air filter told me it was dirty that I could have another new one for $30. I said go ahead amongst other things when I got the bill they decided to charge me labour on top of the $30, first of all I never even asked him to check the filter and they had it out anyways had i said no they would’ve had to put the old one back in. They charge me labour for installation of the cabin air filter ,a week and a half later I went underneath the hood to clean the motor, it’s a new truck , I found the air filter box had been left open so I’ve been xxxxxxx in dust for the past week and a half totally irresponsible not a pleasant place to deal with , they cannot be trusted..
