Awesome Experience! I recently purchased a beautiful brand new Santa Fe Sport Turbo from the Bolton Hyundai Dealership - which I might add I absolutely LOVE. My salespe I recently purchased a beautiful brand new Santa Fe Sport Turbo from the Bolton Hyundai Dealership - which I might add I absolutely LOVE. My salesperson was Dino Luciani. He was fabulous! Not pushy at all, but friendly, polight and curtious. He was extremely knowledable about all the Vehicles I was questioning and their features. He took into consideration all of my needs and concerns. I am very happy with the entire experience I had dealing with Dino, and Bolton Hyundai. I highly recommend them to Everyone!!! More

Very bad experience Purchased a new car from this dealership and if I knew the experience I was going to have prior to I would of gone to a different dealer. The salesman as well as the sales manager were extremely rude to me, arguing with the customer telling the customer that we know nothing. Very bad experience. There are many other dealerships that will give you the same price and will at least treat you with respect and give you a more pleasant experience. More

LOYALTY - NOT VALUED OR APPRECIATED I will NEVER buy a new car from Bolton Hyundai again! They say they appreciate loyalty and even call you a "family member" when you are a returning I will NEVER buy a new car from Bolton Hyundai again! They say they appreciate loyalty and even call you a "family member" when you are a returning customer. But even after purchasing three Hyundai SUVs, they DO NOT appreciate my loyalty and I did not receive anything more than someone purchasing their first car. In addition, I felt misled and pressured into buying the car. After the sale, I asked them to help me with some trunk mats and cargo net so that at least I received something for being a loyal customer... they outright refused me... now that they have my money, they now have no time for me or motivation to help me! And don't even bother complaining to Hyundai Canada... they don't care about helping the customer or advocating on their behalf... their message is "We stand behind our dealership and if they can't help you... we're certainly not going to help you"... and don't even attempt to talk to them or even try to contact those at the top, their contact info is "top secret" and even though they say they will forward your concerns to them, you never hear from them or even get confirmation that your concerns have been heard. My entire experience with Bolton Hyundai and Hyundai Canada has been VERY NEGATIVE! They only care about you when they're trying to sell you a car.. .but the minute they have your money... caring STOPS!!! Loyalty goes both ways... but in this case, I was the only one who was loyal! I mentioned that my younger son is looking for a car and unless you help us, we WILL NOT buy a Hyundai - their response was typical and what I expected from a money focused (not customer focused) company - buy another car with us and we will give you a REAL GREAT DEAL... Very Poor Service Department We purchased a new Santa Fe Xl a few weeks ago. Within a few days we noticed a sensor not working on one of the door handles. We called in for a servi We purchased a new Santa Fe Xl a few weeks ago. Within a few days we noticed a sensor not working on one of the door handles. We called in for a service appointment and they told us they had to order the part and would call us when the part came in. They said it would be a couple of days. A week went by and we did not receive a call to book our appointment. We called back and they still had no answer when the part would be arriving. We waited a few more days and then called back again to check on the part arrival time, and they still had no idea when the part was coming.The service receptionist was very rude and would not let us get a word in as she seem not interested in hearing what we had to say and more interested in speaking over our concerns. We had explained that the car was only a couple of weeks old and wondered why it was taking so long to get a part. She said there was nothing they could do that the part had not arrived. Upon hearing this we contacted another Hyundai dealership, and they notified us that they could order the part and it would be there the following day. When we called back to Bolton Hyundai to notify them that we were going elsewhere for our service, the receptionist was again quite rude and trying to over power the conversation. We would not recommend this service department and will not be returning to this dealership. More

Note that at the time I purchased my Santa Fe, I told him to write the service in my contract but he said that was not necessary.
