What a terrible experience? ! My daughter purchased her 2021 Elantra here and it has had nothing but issues. She drove it off the lot and immediately had issues and it had to be ! She drove it off the lot and immediately had issues and it had to be returned for repair, we later found out that service did not really service it or do anything to certify the vehicle. Engine part issues, tires that were in the trunk were bald and not matching as she drove out with winters on. The car was in such bad condition on pick up that it had to spend an extended period of time there for the repairs. This is horrendous for an actual Hyundai Dealership where you expect the quality to be more superior than the "mom and pop shop" dealerships, but not in Bolton. We plan on reporting this higher up to Hyundai. This is dangerous and feels like a scam under the Hyundai brand. If you see a deal, you are getting what you pay for. You are better off driving along Highway 7 and finding a small dealership than buying from here. More
I have had a very bad experience with Bolton Hyundai. I am writing feedback after 3 months of my car purchase. I bought a Tucson 22 model, and they gave me full assurance that this is a certified car and I am writing feedback after 3 months of my car purchase. I bought a Tucson 22 model, and they gave me full assurance that this is a certified car and all, but just after 2 months, it started giving an issue of oil leakage. When I went to them for the issue, they suggested I get the fuel injector cleaned and charged me $350. They said that this came under wear and tear. If it is part of wear and tear, they could check it before giving it to the customer. How come wear and tear happened just in 3 months. Their sales team is very smart and can sell anything to you at a high price. Once the car is sold, they least bother about the service. Don't get into that trap. I am escalating the issue to Performace Group as well as Canada Hyundai for a better resolution. Jagdeep More

Most importantly, when we picked up the vehicle Kartik went over all of the settings with us in detail for a second time. This was very important to me and my wife. Very Knowledgeable sales TEAM who explained in depth how the KONA Electric worked and all the Government rebates that applied. When the vehicle came in, the dealership arranged to deliver it to my house 3 the KONA Electric worked and all the Government rebates that applied.
