service Bought two lemons in a row and got a third purchase with them because other dealers would not take trade in. The last purchase was good but the only problem was supposedly repaired but again the same.Now they say it is something else but not guaranteed Now we will try with small claims court, let the judge decide. Really bad customer service all departments I ask for paint for my Fusion. I forgot it and called 3 months after. The man said they never received. Recalled 2 days after to cancel. The new man said they received and will check inventory to confirm and call me back. Never recalled... 3rd call i cancelled the order. 1 month later, I called to take appointment for service. I was put on hold for near 10 long minutes. After the service guy took 5 additional minutes to finally say that his computer was not working properly. He took my phone to call me back. Never call me until now.... I changed Ford dealer. More

Horrible sales person. Very bad service. Was sold a car with a leaking radiator, clogged cat converter. He still owes me 20$ and refused to give them to me cause he says he gave me enough.
