Detailing I must give 10 out of 10 to the Detailing Dept Manager and all the staff at Bluenose . When i picked up my S.U.V after having it detailed ,it looked l I must give 10 out of 10 to the Detailing Dept Manager and all the staff at Bluenose . When i picked up my S.U.V after having it detailed ,it looked like a brand new one again . They went over the top with the work they did and really pleasant dealing with me . unexpectedly great experience I have got to say Bluenose made that creepy feeling you get walking on to a used car lot go away. I didn't feel like I was being stalked while the salesman peeked at me from the rear bumper of the nearest car. Dan left me alone to kick the tires and look under the floor mats but was around if I needed questions answered. I took a Ford F250 out for a test drive (alone). It was just one of many on a list that I was checking out. Dan offered me a great trade in price for my Tacoma and off I was in my new dream truck. The whole experience was fantastic and I can't say how great the entire team was at Bluenose. Yes, I am going to use the old cliche "I couldn't recommend them enough!". If you are out car shopping you should take some time to drop by Bluenose. I am so glad I did because now I look like a cool chick in a cool new ride. More

This dealer feels for their customers, even if it costs them I purchased a beautiful 2007 Mercedes a few months ago. All was well until the radio ceased to function one day. Taking the car to Mercedes the proble I purchased a beautiful 2007 Mercedes a few months ago. All was well until the radio ceased to function one day. Taking the car to Mercedes the problem was diagnosed as a faulty amplifier. I had purchased the best Insurance plan, but my claim was declined. Amplifiers are not covered. The estimate was over $3500. I called Carsten Krogh almost sick with the unexpected expense. Carsten calmly assured me he would look into it. I thought 'sure, he can look all he want, that won't fix my radio'. To my utter astonishment, he called back to tell me that Bluenose Motors would take care of the problem. Frankly, I was dumbfounded. How can you beat that for service. Five stars for sure. More

I trusted the wrong car dealers On August 8th, 2016, I traveled from my home to Bluenose motors in Parksville BC to look at a vehicle that I was considering purchasing. This was to On August 8th, 2016, I traveled from my home to Bluenose motors in Parksville BC to look at a vehicle that I was considering purchasing. This was to be the first major purchase since the death of my husband, several months earlier. He had often remarked that the dealership had a very good reputation so I felt that dealing with them would be my safest option. The salesman Carsten, assured me that the owner Al Cameron, stood behind the products that he sold and that they would do so with the car that I looked at. I ended up buying a 2006 HHR. The problems started even before I arrived back home. When I stopped to get something to eat, I could not lock the doors with the remote key lock, also know as a 'clicker'. The door locked but I couldn't get it to unlock and it took some time before the device worked. I contacted the salesman & he suggested that I change the battery in the clicker, which I did three times. When I informed him that it still didn't work he told me over the phone, that they would take care of it. I have made 5 (four hour) round trips up to the business since then with no results. Since then, the dash board lights have started to go on and off and the headlights & tail lights actually did shut off while I was traveling over the Malahat mountain on my way home one evening. They don't work on 'auto' anymore. Bells sound and I can't see what they are about. The icons flash off & on. I am not even sure that the lights stay on in manual mode. I can't get the owner Al to return my calls. I now feel that I am literally driving a 'death trap' and this is the only transportation that I have. I want this vehicle repaired or they take the car back & my money refunded. More
