But the windshield had several stone bruises, which were overlooked, and we only noticed as we were taking final delivery. Bruises now repaired and dealership agreed to pay for them, which I'm satisfied with. I'm happy with the car and feel I was dealing with honest, and friendly -- if slightly distracted -- staff. More

It was very helpful that he was able to choose vehicles from other dealers in the park and not just his own, that made it easier for me and less likely to go elsewhere but Steve found the perfect car for me. He was very friendly and patient. It wasn't a quick sale we test drove a couple vehicles in different styles to help make my decision easier and give me peace of mind. He would call and let me know that something new came in, and encouraged me to come in and see for myself and I did just that. He knew his product very well and educated me on the process on buying. He broke down the price point to a monthly payment which made me breathe easier, and he never pressured me to buy, I would have just walked out, so I really appreciated that approach. As far as the price goes, I would have preferred to spend less just like any other. More
