Was great at first. Really appreciated Brenden's no-pressure sales style. Found the exact vehicle I wanted at a dealership elsewhere in the province. Was told they've dealt with this dealership before and shouldn't be a problem to bring the vehicle in for me, so I went through the whole process and purchased from them. They said I'd hear from them by the end of the day confirming they secured the vehicle for me. Didn't hear anything the following day so I reached out and was told that the vehicle was already sold unfortunately. Started working with them to try and find the vehicle I wanted elsewhere in Canada so they could bring it in for me, then just stopped hearing from them abruptly, which was concerning because I was under a time constraint to take advantage of a promo that was ending. I noticed that the original vehicle still hadn't been removed from the other dealer's website so I contacted them about it and found out that Birchwood lied about it being sold, and it was indeed still available. Obviously hearing this made me very angry. Then I get an email from Brenden saying he's back from holidays and the sales manager still wasn't able to locate a vehicle for me, asking if I wanted to buy a 2022 instead. Needless to say I did not, and will never do business with them. Luckily I was able to get my deposit back. More

Absolutely horrendous service. My wife took her 2016 Malibu in today for the same issue that has been happening since 2016.
