Having dealt with the same sales Person for my last number of purchases (at least 5 vehicles), doesn't hurt either. It makes the process so much easier. They get to know your needs and afforadability and go beyond the extra mile to help you reach your goal. They knew I had a tight budget, knew the type of vehicle I was interested in and worked very hard to meet my needs. Then there is the service department and the extremely efficient service I have received on my vehicles. They take the time to walk you through the service needed and explain what work is needed, what can wait and a time frame in which to get it completed. Again, asking questions and getting he right answers goes a long way in being satisfied with the work done.
