Alvin Alard of Birchood Buick is amazing!!! I took my wife's 2011 Buick Regal in for some maintenance that was under warranty, Alvin took care of everything, and when he needed it for the night I took my wife's 2011 Buick Regal in for some maintenance that was under warranty, Alvin took care of everything, and when he needed it for the night because he wanted to make sure everything was perfect, he set me up with a loaner car at no cost. He kept me informed all the way of what was going on and personally made sure everything was perfect for my wife. He is super friendly and very very knowledgeable. The customer service right from the start of working with Alvin, John and the customer service girls was amazing!!
