Been there on 3 different occasions, a repair inquiry in which they ended up telling me it was safe to drive my truck a 45 min drive home with a broken rotor as they couldn't repair it for a few wks even th which they ended up telling me it was safe to drive my truck a 45 min drive home with a broken rotor as they couldn't repair it for a few wks even though parts were in stock, shopping for a truck and left waiting over 30 min with a baby in the lobby before speaking to someone then went in to look at purchasing a truck on their lot and told they aren't interested in our 2012 F250 as a trade in as there is no market for it. I'll drive the extra distance to the Ford dealer outside of town that's offered us 15k for our truck and has great customer service. Bill Matthew's Ford dealership is rumored to not have a good reputation unless you bought a vehicle through them and not interested in doing business with you if your current vehicle was through them, I guess it's true. More
