This would have saved us a great deal of time and frustration. This business not only has a number of BBB complaints in the past 24 months, it also has an alert due to government action involving business practices that are not consistent with BC's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act. I wish I had read this before purchasing a brand new vehicle and have a VERY difficult time having this business uphold their end of our written deal. They eventually provided us with what was outlined in our written sales agreement after we had to get legal advice involved. It took us over 20 phone calls and 7 visits to the dealership to get results. Also, this business will likely not return any of your phone calls when you have concerns so you are better to go directly to the dealership and track down the person you need to speak with. , I would adivise anyone dealing with this dealership to get EVERYTHING in writing, no matter how small it seems, because you can not count on the dealership following through on what they say they are going to do. Finally, be very sure that you double check everything.... the dealership tried to pass off used tires as new ones to us and after all that the tire that they put on our vehicle very nearly fell off. right after they put on the winter tires there was smoke coming from the front wheel. we took the vehicle in to a local tire shop to check out what was going on and they said that the lug nuts were not tightened and that the wheel had nearly fallen off. my sincere advise would be to steer clear of this business, these are the kinds of guys who give car dealerships a bad name. we felt very taken advantage of by this dealership and there are so many others in the area with A+ ratings with the BBB.
