Prices are much higher on vehicles than other Ford Dealerships in York Region....service repair....you will need a loan when retrieving vehicle. A resident of Stouffville for over 40 years....the previous Ford Dealership owned by Larry Cotter like night and day compared to Houston Ford. Save your $$$ and run to another Ford Dealership. More

Worst Customer Service Ever Absolutely worse customer service experience at a car dealership ever. I get a lease fleet car with my job. I brought my previous fleet car for trade- Absolutely worse customer service experience at a car dealership ever. I get a lease fleet car with my job. I brought my previous fleet car for trade-in since I live in the Stouffville area. I provided the ownership/keys from the previous vehicle to Derek, the sales manager, and sign the necessary paperwork. Derek hands me the keys and says have a nice day... doesn't walk me to the car or anything. I get to my brand new Ford Escape and it's dirty both outside and inside (from the previous driver) and the dealership left me with 21 km of gas (almost a completely empty tank) and no washer fluid. This dealership provided ZERO customer service and I would NOT recommend them for any of your automotive needs. Absolutely shameful. More
