Bought 3 Cars Hello All, so far since the last several years, my wife and I have boughten 3 cars from Louis, a Chevy Malibu, Jeep Patriot, and mostly a Dodge Journe Hello All, so far since the last several years, my wife and I have boughten 3 cars from Louis, a Chevy Malibu, Jeep Patriot, and mostly a Dodge Journey. Louis is great to work with, I told him what I was looking for, my monthly payment and a year range, and when to have the car by. Louis asked Simon to assist him in finding a vehilce for me, Simon was able to find me a Dodge Journey with all the options, newer model, and very low kms, financing was taken care of, and the car was purchased, expceted delivery was unsure as the car was in Quebec. I was hoping to have my vehicle arrive in time for March Break, and to take it down to Florida, I knew the deadline was tight, as it was within a week and a half, after stressing through out the week, and talking with Louis and his team, they re-assured me that the vehilce would arrive in time, and would keep in touch with me the whole process. What happened was they ended up sending down a driver to Quebec to get the vehicle delivered in time back to meet the deadline. Sure enough, the car arrived, and I was able to drive it to Florida. This whole experience tells you what team work, dedication, and customer service is all about at Best Rate Auto, they have a fantastic group of salesman, customer service that is unparallel. I purchased a 03 Explorer and unfortunately was in a accident 3 days later. within 3 days they had put me in another vehicle no questions asked. Easiest Purchase Ever!!! I went to see Louis and Matt about getting a newer vehicle as it was time to retire my G5. Louis answered all my questions even emailing me after normal business hours, picked me up at home to get my Jeep and he really does care unlike some other salespeople I've spoken to from different dealerships.
