Most important, he never tried to sell me something I didn't want to buy! Admin staff were excellent and I'm sure Clara and I will get to know each other in the service department quite well in the next few years over appointments for regularly scheduled maintenance! Friendly and efficient service I feel comfortable going to Benton Fry Ford to service my 2014 Ford Focus because not only did I purchase it there from salesman Steve Herrington, but I feel comfortable going to Benton Fry Ford to service my 2014 Ford Focus because not only did I purchase it there from salesman Steve Herrington, but the service counter personnel are 3 knowledgeable women, something I've not seen anywhere else. When you walk in, you are greeted by at least one lady, and they get the paper work started to get your in as soon as possible. There is a comfortable waiting area with a T.V., coffee, tea and water are available free of charge, as well as some snacks like apples, gold fish crackers (when I was there on Nov. 2 anyway) and there is usually candy of some type in a bowl. You can take a stroll through the showroom and check out some nice looking cars (just in case you were thinking of trading) and the staff there always say "Hello". The washroom is clean and spacious as well. I also noticed a mechanic wearing blue plastic gloves when parking a car that had been serviced so as to not get grease on the steering wheel or door handles-that shows they care that a customer doesn't get their hands dirty, which means a lot to people. More
