My name is Janelle and my partner and I bought a 2025 Escape in January and have had a horrible experience ever since. Please read my review below: Horrible place to deal with. We bought a brand new 2025 and the screen hasnt really worked since we bought it two months ago and now its not working at all. Plus the detector for passengers works only sometimes. They say they cant find the part?? Its a ford and ford cant find the part. RIDICULOUS. We had to get a high interest loan to get this bc they choose not to accept our cosigner who has remarkable credit. We are expected to make our payments but they arent expected to do whatever they need to to fix our vehicle. I have dealt with them in the past and the last time they sold us a horrible used car that we had nothing but problems with and now this. Dont trust them. They just want the sale then your on your own. **Our vehicle is now in for more repairs. Brand new vehicle and we have to get it fixèd again and our screen still isnt working. We hate this car and no one will help us. We clearly got a bad one and ford doesnt give two xxxxs. All these 5 stars are lies. They get people to put reviews on here to make themselves feel like they are doing good then you take it home and their done helping you. Total lies . DO NOT TRUST THEM. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. WHAT A PIECE OF xxxx AND NO ONE CARES!!!! I GIVE THEM -1000000 STARS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE VEHICLES. Since my review we have had it at Ford 4 times and it has to go back on Monday again, because of the one issue they don't know how to fix it. It will be 3 times the car has gone in for the same problem. Our car has been at Ford for about a month out of the 4 months we have had it. It's getting so ridiculous and stressful and we hate our car and don't trust that it is being fixed correctly. We have already decided that we need to trade it in asap to another company that will treat us better and to avoid more issues coming up. We have got multiple different excuses from more than one person at Bennett and have also realized that people don't talk to each other. One person was dealing with the screen not working and had no idea we had another issue with it making noises because she said that's his work order. Sorry my partner Kurt has been trying to deal with this all so I don't know names. However, he has all the texts. I am ready to come into the dealership and raise xxxx, however I am trying my hardest not too. From the moment Kurt walked into the dealership they treated him poorly. We both don't have the best credit score and the original guy he dealt with told him get a co-signer and you will get approved at 5.9%, so we got my mom who has great credit and doesn't believe in paying things late and he came back saying no I can only get you into that vehicle with an interest rate of 15.9% and declined the co-signer. We even put $6000 down. We needed a vehicle as we got into an accident and we had to surrender our car to SGI. They do give us a rental every time we need it however, we have to pay the gas and $50 security and if something happens we are responsible. We only have one vehicle so we have to take the rental. We have had issues right away and asked for a different vehicle that worked and they said they could get us into a used vehicle comparable to the cost of ours because we had around 1000 kilometers on it. Why would we want that when we have something brand new, also we asked for compensation for our payments to a vehicle that doesn't work and they said no. Our only option was to wait for the part and since then it has been in three more times for multiple issues. We have a DUD that was made currently and why are we responsible to deal with the constant issues and stress. The mechanic heard the noise both times Kurt took in it and said the second time "Yep I hear it and I fixed the Stenoid (I believe) but now I know what it is". However, the same issue is still happening and we are taking it again for THE THIRD TIME??? Ford has had NO ACCOUNTABILITY for all these problems. Customer service has been horrible, they just brush it off and usually have no answers, then they don't know how to fix it. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Ford and the quality and service it getting worse every time. This is so wrong. Kurt took it in Monday and now after it being there three times for the same issue they are saying the 'noise is normal??' Like how after two times bringing it in for the noise it makes they fixed different things and now they are saying its normal. Kurts dad bought the same suv and his doesnt have the noise when you start it. We have no faith/trust in bennett as you clearly dont know what you are doing. I will continue to post and send emails to whoever I can for something to happen. Car is under Kurt Baragar. Janelle
