Overall customer service is NOT good at all I don't have enough space to write all my complaints about them. They lose your tires that you've had in storage for years and whoever takes your sche I don't have enough space to write all my complaints about them. I can go on and on about their lack of customer service, but just don't go or you'll be disappointed and frustrated. More

Learn some customer service skills i found a vehicle that they had advertised online, made an appointment to go in and see if and it sold before I got there. Disappointing, but these things happen.fair enough, No problem. A few days later THEY contacted ME and said the vehicle all of a sudden was available. I arranged with them to go see it that same day only a few hours later. Left work early and called the dealership to let them know I was on my way and would be there shortly. As I'm literally driving there and had just spoken to the associate to let her know I was driving up, they call me and tell me they just sold it a moment ago and basically sorry about your luck. Hey, I understand their job is to sell a vehicle, but if THEY are going to contact me to come and see it, how about making sure it's there when I come in. Considering I had gone through the effort to call and let her know I was nearly there( and hour out of my way) she could have at least let me know at that point that they had somebody seriously looking at the vehicle, but instead she said "it'll be here waiting for you!" If I had gone in on my own to see the car and it's gone when I get there, that's my problem. If the dealership brings me in to go see a car and sell it minutes before I get there knowing very well I intended to pay for the vehicle in that same hour, that's pathetic customer service. I will never go near this place again and I won't let anyone I know visit either. More

The most PAINFUL experience EVER!! Please....whatever you do. Do not buy a car from this dealership! 1. Transmission went in the first week of owning the vehicle 2. The doors wont open from the outside...they wont fix 4. They did a horrible paint job on the vehicle and had to re-do three times and still got overspray on accessories that was purchased for the vehicle 5. The fuse box completely fried 6. The engine blew up at 40 thousand kilometers! OH MY 7. The rear end is now gone!! The vehicle is still under the deal warranty but they refuse to fix!! So please whatever you do please don't buy from this GM dealer or any other GM dealer for that matter!!!!!! More

Then thought I would look at another truck I found on their website BUT THEY GAVE FALSE INFORMATION....said on the website it had 6 ft box, etc and when viewed they had falsely advertised this vehicle as it did not include much of what was described on their website....would really appreciate it if you could actually have legitimate, accurate and correct information about what you are selling Also finally I told Liz I had a max budget and was not looking for all the power options (as they only break) BUT SHE DID NOT LISTEN told me the only truck they had was one $10,000 above my budget with all the power options....WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU COULD LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE TO VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP! DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More

I took my truck in to have a few issues looked at. I had a rattling noise when I drove on the highway and my parking brake was a bit too loose. The dealership charged me $190 to tell me nothing was wrong wi a rattling noise when I drove on the highway and my parking brake was a bit too loose. The dealership charged me $190 to tell me nothing was wrong with my truck. When I got into my truck I found that they had broken the handle on my parking brake and just neatly placed it back in place, rather than fixing it and reattaching it. I immediately went back in the shop and had to bring my truck back the next day to have it repaired. I was incredibly dissatisfied. I took my truck to a real mechanic and he knew exactly why my truck was making the rattling noise- a bad tire. I would never go to Bennett and will tell everyone I know not to go there unless you want to waste your money and have them break your car. More
