Service was horrible Service with Bence Ford in Kaladar. I recently was shopping for a Ford truck. I found on line a truck I was interested in test driving. I called Joe B Service with Bence Ford in Kaladar. I recently was shopping for a Ford truck. I found on line a truck I was interested in test driving. I called Joe Bence the owner of the dealership and was told it was still available. I drove over an hour to go see the truck. I test drove the truck and was pleased with it and returned to make a deal with Joe Bence. A deal was struck and Joe told me to bring a bank draft to purchase the truck on the following Monday. Joe took the license portion to transfer my plates to the new truck, I assumed all was good with the deal. I set up the money to purchase the truck, all was good until later that Monday morning when Joe called to tell me the truck had been sold to another person earlier and I could not have it. Now i do understand issues can occur and told him so, but expected him to make good on the purchase on another truck. I was heading out of town and would be able to call him on another truck when I returned. Two weeks passed and I called as we agreed on to see what he could do to fix the issue. Joe replied, nothing. that he did not have anything nor could he make good on his fault. I then asked him to return the license transfer portion of my ownership. Joe told me he would deliver it to Napanee. I called several times to obtain my property and not have to drive up there again or pay additional monies to obtain it. To this day, Joe has never returned in (over three weeks). Now if this is his service, i would suggest to you not to purchase from him. He lies, he deceives and all in all was the worst experience for buying a vehicle I have ever had in my life. Please share this with your friends, and feel free to post to others so that you too will not lose out of pocket cash, that Joe could care less about. More
