I made an appointment to see James for 3:00. I showed up 10 mins early and waited around until 3:30. That should have been my first red flag. When he finally showed up, he didn't have anything ready that he said he would have prepared. He wasted a lot of my time just finding the vehicles I wanted after asking what I was looking for again. I went out for some test drives which were OK. I asked him a couple questions in which he didn't have answers and he said he'd get back to me via email with the answers. He never answered them even though I reminded him several times. I asked him to give me a quote on the vehicle and he said he'd email them to me. He didn't do that but rather asked me how I'm going to pay and then asked again about what I was looking for. I advised him that I would consider the quote with the vehicle and take the one that worked best for me. Five days later I get an email saying that the cost is MSRP and the vehicles are hot and not discounted along with several probing questions in other emails trying to get information to help him make more profit. I feel this could have been told to me on day one. I understand that they are there to make a profit but I wasted five days. I would not buy anything from James. More
