After I picked up the vehicle I double-checked their work and the promised (and paid for!) maintenance was not completed as per the bill of sale. First time it involved the replacement of front end ball joints, I told them to replace both and they charged me for both but only actually changed one. When I called them on it they said it was a mistake and refunded me the cost of the second ball joint, stating that the other ball joint didn't actually need replacement. OK... Strike one. Then on the next visit about a year later they told me that the brakes needed work and said that "they needed to remove the buildup of rust on the edges of my routers because it was cutting into my brake pads." They said that they would also "lube all parts including the slider pins". I agreed to this maintenance as it seemed reasonable. They charged me nearly $180 for the extra brake maintenance which I felt was reasonable however... when I got the vehicle home I noticed that the rust ridges had not in fact been removed so I got under the vehicle and also noticed that the back of the calipers were covered in dry rust, no fingerprints, no grease marks or even rust smudges were evident to indicate that the calipers had been even touched. little lone removed, in order to lubricate the various brake parts and for turning the routers to remove the rust ridges. The only thing that appeared to have been done was the parts were sprayed with high temp brake grease on the outside of the calipers. I called them on it and they insisted that it had all been done, just "not to my standard". When I brought the vehicle back to them to show them what I was talking about the manager Dustin (who kept saying he wasn't a mechanic) disagreed with my assessment and kept insisting that the job was done correctly, just "not to my standard", but then the head mechanic (Jim) had a very quick look and agreed immediately that the proper maint had not been done and said that he would ensure that it was done to the correct standard. I left the vehicle with them again overnight and when I went to pick it up, they had the wheels off and I examined the work. Now the parts looked like they had been properly removed and lubricated however...to my great dissatisfaction they had tried to sand my routers with a angle grinder instead of turning them on a proper lathe and had made numerous gouges into the braking surface of the routers which will most definitely cause pre-mature wear on my brake pads and likely pre-mature warping of the routers down the road. Completely unacceptable! I called them on that as well and although they did finally offer to replace the routers, my confidence in this dealer had now been completely shattered at this point and my frustration was at such a level that I refused to leave the vehicle with them again and left immediately. I will be following-up with a formal complaint to Nissan Canada. By the way, the service manager was very pleasant and she legitimately tried to appease my concerns but I do warn you to be very careful if taking your vehicle here unless you are mechanically inclined and can monitor/verify their work as they do it, otherwise they may try to take short cuts and/or even may charge you for work / parts that they didn't actually complete or install. I can see a mistake or miscommunication once between the technician and the service management that could cause a discrepancy between invoiced and actual work, I'm sure it occasionally happens by honest mistake, but this was the second time for me and on sequential visits to the same dealership?? "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me!" More

Told no appointment needed for oil change as there was a guaranteed wait time of no more than 30 mins but that if I wished I could still set a time....so I did. When I arrived for the appointment the drive through was full of cars so after waiting 8 mins or so and being passed by an employee and the service manager, I asked when we could pull the car in. I was told just to register at the service desk as they were polishing cars in the drive through. If I hadn't asked, how long would I have waited??!! I was then told 30 mins for the oil change, 50 mins later the mechanic drove my car for collection without any seat or floor covering. I asked about the 30 minute guarantee and was told it didn't count as I had an appointment!! Shoddy, uncaring customer service. My advice, pick another garage for service, it won't affect the warranty, will be cheaper and the non dealers seem to care more. Also buy your car in Toronto, more dealers equals more competition equals better pricing More
The customer reall counts at this dealership I enjoyed my transaction with Rob Semark and others at Belleville Nissan during the recent purchase of My Nissan Xterra. I felt everyone involved at I enjoyed my transaction with Rob Semark and others at Belleville Nissan during the recent purchase of My Nissan Xterra. I felt everyone involved at the dealership went that extra mile to accommodate me under special circumstances. This allowed me to get into a new truck very quickly after my old one gave up the ghost. The vehicle has worked marvellously, and has allowed me to continue a long association with Nissan products. I definitely would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
