too good to be true I went in there one day to test drive a certain car I was debating on purchasing. They in turn talked me into leasing, which I did not intend or want I went in there one day to test drive a certain car I was debating on purchasing. They in turn talked me into leasing, which I did not intend or want to do - and then drew up paperwork and had me out the door with all these amazing thoughts in my head. Then I didn't hear from them , so I went to a different Hyundai dealership - showed them the papers Belleville had done up for me and they pointed out a few grey areas that I had inquired about and was not given thorough response at all, that they had thrown a fee on there of over triple the regular cost it should have been, and had told me they absolutely could not tint my windows in the sale (have done this before with a car purchase and know it is do-able) overall, i will not ever return there nor will i ever send any friends or family there. Took my 2009 Hyundai Genesis Sedan to Belleville Hyundai to have wheel bearing replaced under warranty. When I received the car back I heard a very small noise coming from the culprit wheel so I returned t to have wheel bearing replaced under warranty. When I received the car back I heard a very small noise coming from the culprit wheel so I returned the vehicle. Turns out all four wheel bearing mounting bolts were only finger tight! Belleville Hyundai put myself and my family in grave danger. The wheel would have most certainly have fallen off in short time. Run from this dealership with your life. More
