Excellent Dealership I've bought over 10 new vehicles throughout my life. In January I visited Belanger Ford for the first time. As soon as I walked into the dealership I've bought over 10 new vehicles throughout my life. In January I visited Belanger Ford for the first time. As soon as I walked into the dealership I could sense the atmosphere was vibrant and exciting. You can tell the staff love to work there. I bought a new Lincoln. The service I have received since I bought my vehicle is second to none. I've dealt with service and dealerships for many years and this one by far exceeded my expectations. Because of this my husband bought a new truck, my neighbor bought a new truck, and a colleague bought a truck all from Belanger Ford and they are all very happy with the service and staff. More
Be extremely cautious with this company I was checking the parking lot on saturday April 11 2015 looking for a small second car when my husband and myself witnessed a gentleman on hwy 144 in I was checking the parking lot on saturday April 11 2015 looking for a small second car when my husband and myself witnessed a gentleman on hwy 144 in the centre lane with only 3 wheels . He had just pulled out of Belanger parking where he had gotten his tires changed seconds earlier. This made up my mind about purchasing. I feel sorry for the other customer and am glad another vehicle was not involved and others weren't injured. More

After a recent safe return trip from Windsor, my father, a senior of 81yrs brought in my Lincoln for an oil change. 2hrs later they told him it will cost $1.100 for fix his car. They were aware of how old the car was, amount of klms and an air suspension warning light on, however, they continued to do the oil change without consulting him of the possible problems that can happen once it gets hoisted up. Not knowing any better, my Dad drove away only to find his rear end was almost dragging on the ground and hitting every bump. He called the dealer, they won't take responsibility and they won't return anymore of his calls. The bottom line is the car went in working and come out broken. More
When questioned re: future service on a new vehicle, salespeople openly admit that their customers are preferred over other ford customers. Mind boggling as it seems a ford is a ford. I have heard of salespeople openly admit that their customers are preferred over other ford customers. Mind boggling as it seems a ford is a ford. I have heard of this dealership's reputation for mistreating non-customers in the past. Given that they are out of the way physically, I will take the advice they have given to other non-customers and just "go to cambrian ford" in the first place. Don't want the headache of driving out my way to get mistreated. More
My 2013 Ford brook down in Chelmsford and I was able to drive the car to Belanger. I phoned them the next morning to tell them my car was in their lot. I was asked if I bought the car there, when I said no drive the car to Belanger. I phoned them the next morning to tell them my car was in their lot. I was asked if I bought the car there, when I said no I was told that it would take nine days before they could look at it. When I asked why she told me they were busy and if I did not like it I could take it somewhere else. Ford would not tow my car anywhere else so we were going to do it. Need my car for work. Was told by other employee to come down to do paperwork and he would see if he could look at it before that. He was nicer then the first lady I talk to. Once their I ask for a rental she told me she had none. Call Ford Canada and they called back and told us Belanger had one for us. My husband when their twice for the rental and both time he was told they had nothing. He had to get rides into town three times to get a rental. Had to call Ford Canada many times to get this dealt with. Got a rental 4 days later. I told them that their was a recall on the car and Ford C. told me to get it fixed while the car was their, also asked to change the oil please while the car was their. Pick up the car 1 1/2 week later and they did not look at the recall or change the oil and my car broke down 1 week later with the same problem. We were told many time when we express or felling on how bad the service was, well you did not buy the car here. Will never deal with them again. not impress customer. More

That's completely fine with me as I understand some new vehicles come with a few kinks. The problem is that the service department only caused more problems when trying to fix the original problems. For lack of time I will give one example: A headlight was damaged upon purchase and needed to be replaced. Well it took them 3 hours to replace the headlight and when they did, it was completely installed incorrectly. Had they simply looked at the headlight they would have realized it was not installed correctly. Because of the horrible service in the past, I was honest in the surveys provided by Ford. I answered every single question truthfully and gave them the rating they deserved (even thought the dealer principal called me twice at work asking me to give a perfect rating on the survey). Anyway, I guess Belanger did not like the surveys, because I finally received a phone call at work from the dealer principal, stating these exact words: "Since we're unable to make you happy, we no longer want to service your vehicle. Go and take it to Cambrian Ford". I was in shock and confused all at once. Upon some digging around, I found out that they do this with every customer that gives them a rating that is anything other than perfect. Oh and by the way, It's only been two months that I have purchased this vehicle. More
