Sales manager Marc Durocher was pure evil to me. Here is my story. I tried buying new corolla cash price and was told the wait is up to 18 months. I placed $500 deposit and waited. My old car broke and new car is not coming for another year so I needed another car. I called dealer ahead of time to speak with my sales guy named Khan and I was transferred to his desk with no answer. I drove down to dealer 10 minutes away just to be told by sales manager Marc Durocher who was EXTREMELY ARROGANT and SUPER RUDE to me, than Khan is not in today and I need appointment to get my $500 deposit back but no appointments to put 500 down. Manager made a big deal out of it and after being super rude to me, he left . Out of nowhere my sales guy Khan just showed up on his day off, he was in the whole time. They both chatted in office about not giving me refund coz I may or may not have purchased another car while the sales bill clearly states refund upon cancelation. Khan started playing games and telling me coz I payed with debit the refund might not work and he might have to cut me a check. Few seconds later debit went thru, I got refund back from Khan. Now comes the worst part. After I left dealer angry I called Marc Durocher and asked him why he was so Rude to me, he didn't care, denied the whole thing. Once I told him that I will contact Toyota headoffice and my lawyer he said in arrogant tone " Don't forget to spell my name right", then he hanged up on me. I called back to only get voice mail. I will be contacting Toyota Canada. Liers, cheats, arrogant man. Stay away from Bel-Air. Crooks !!! More

Bruce Moss found us a gem of a 2014 Toyota Camry LE. Bruce located a super-clean, low mileage, gleaming Toyota. Bruce Moss was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process of buying a car in post pandemic market conditions. My husband and I found Bruce made this experience enjoyable and stress free - a five star experience. Our 22 year old car is still running along as always. More
