We have just taken possession of our third Nissan Pathfinder from Baywest motors. Once again we leave them feeling entirely satisfied with our negotiatiions and lease, this last time possibly being t Pathfinder from Baywest motors. From the first contact, made by Salesperson Jody Esson, to establishing a price with Sales Manager Anthony Robinson, the process was easy, honest and enjoyable. Jody did an excellent job explaining the new instrumentation compared to earlier models, and has kept in touch to answer any of our queries as we discover new questions! Anthony, as always, was a pleasure to work with, and recalled many discussions we held from previous purchases. Following the completion of this current lease I suspect we will be looking at an electric vehicle. I hope we work once again with Jody and Anthony! More
The salesperson didn't seem to care about Covid protocols. Additionally, we've been misquoted on prices twice without taking any responsibility. Great service! Sometimes it’s the little things that count, like replacing the battery in the key fob for free, having water bottles available, shuttle service drop off and pick up or letting us know ab count, like replacing the battery in the key fob for free, having water bottles available, shuttle service drop off and pick up or letting us know about recalls and updates. Beware of this dealer Purchased a demo from this dealer and have been burned. The warranty was already expired when I came in for service. Baywest Nissan Owen Sound allows their Sales people to drive the finer cars then sell them to customers as new with the warranty already counting like it was SOLD once before... "In Service" which means that the warranty starts right then and not when it is SOLD as NEW to the Customer. I have been told we'll handle it but then told they can't help me. Just avoid this dealer and save yourself the time. I got burned so please don't have the same happen to you. More

Awesome people I have been in need if a car so i went to nissan and spoke to Ian. Shameful, disappointing and shocking! We came to Baywest Nissan to check out the Nissan Juke. We test-drove a 2011 and decided we liked it and made a deal with the sales manager after he We came to Baywest Nissan to check out the Nissan Juke. We test-drove a 2011 and decided we liked it and made a deal with the sales manager after he checked the price with his boss. We had him double check that the tax was included in the deal so he went back to the boss to check again and said that it was included. We paid our deposit with the understanding we would pay the balance within two weeks which was fine. Deal done, he then went back to his boss a third time to have him sign the papers which took a while and we heard a loud crash of a door banging. We joked that there was a problem but no joke. He came back and said he make a mistake and that they had to have more money for the car, this after double-checking the price first. We got our deposit back and left. Waste of 1 1/2 hours and very disappointing. Still in shock. More
We bought the car (Versa) because the price was right and it was roomier than the competition. We really like the CV transmission. In cruise on the highway, it works better than any car I've ever driven because it doesn't slow down on the hills and then accelerate while still climbing. We had a number of issues while the car was under the factory warranty and because of that, we bought the extended warranty. That was expensive and I wasn't thrilled about that. We had pretty much decided that Nissan wouldn't make the short list next time. The thing that saves the whole issue is the service department. Service has been outstanding! They've honoured that extended warranty totally and they are going to do an expensive repair in a couple of weeks. I'd be willing to guess that the car would likely run okay until after the warranty has run out. The dealership is kind of far from home and it's time consuming to go there for service, but given the excellent service we've received, we certainly will be considering a car from this dealership when the time comes. More
