Had a frustrating experience. Went in due to a recall notice for my vehicle which was a fuse replacement at 8:06 am. Which was supposed to be an easy replacement and ended up waiting for two and a half hours! I was the third car before they even opened but wasted a day waiting around. Absolutely disappointed, I could have done the fuse replacement at home for less than 10 minutes! I asked them how long it would take so my wife an I could have breakfast till they finish the work! Madison said it wouldn't even take an hour. Low and behold. It's 10:00am and we tried calling to get an update. No one answered the call at the service drive through so we decided to go back and ask her how long, she replied they haven't even taken our car in. (Two hours into me dropping it off!) It is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. It was a waste of two and a half hours of my day waiting! More
