downhill spiral After having several years of great service for my F250 through the efforts of service manager Jeremy Durkin, who was the best I have ever dealt with After having several years of great service for my F250 through the efforts of service manager Jeremy Durkin, who was the best I have ever dealt with I find he has been fired by new owners. Recently I contacted them re batteries that I had purchased from them and were giving me problems, the response from jeff was very unproductive and they wanted 60 dollars per battery to test them. It seems they have gone from caring about their customers to only caring about the bottom line, I have been a loyal customrr for six years but I will never use them again Getting much better service from my local shop in Phelpston.
