He's customer service skills are impeccable. He was easy to speak to, and to get along with. Even though we have financed our car and have no reason to go back to the dealership or communicate with anyone there Ford keeps in touch with us -something a lot of customer service representatives don't do. I don't make reviews often, but in the case for Mr. Stickle, it would be shame not to. I can't thank Ford enough for helping my mom find a car that she so desperately deserves. More
