I bought a 2021 Ford Explorer. It had many brake issues after a couple weeks in using it. It was bought brand new off the lot. Because...the issues were serious, I was allowed to get a replacement vehicle. After much time....maybe a year, and after much hounding.....I was able to get a Ford Explorer 2022. I wasn't really excited about it, but....new SUV's were scarce at that time. I realized later, that I paid a year of payments for the 2021 and warranty and with the replacement vehicle, I had a year of payments and warranty added. My one year of payments on the "lemon" should have been put towards the replacement. Needless to say....I disliked my replacement muchly and traded it in for cash value. The monthly payments were too much, the warranty had an extra year added onto it, , the interest rate went up...where as it should have stayed the same. I felt scammed. Not buying Ford anymore....The money made off of me, was more important than, getting me into a safer car at their cost. More

Bought my vehicle a few weeks ago and the touchscreen locked up. Pulled into Bayfield Ford Lincoln on Sunday just to see if it was open and it wasn’t but we happen to run into Victor who works there and locked up. Pulled into Bayfield Ford Lincoln on Sunday just to see if it was open and it wasn’t but we happen to run into Victor who works there and was on his way out. He told me they would be back on Monday and I said ok I’ll bring the car back, it was just the screen locked up. Victor pulled his vehicle over and helped us reboot the screen and we were on our way. Thank you so much Victor for helping me out on your day off. So far my experience has been great with them. More

First and foremost you are greeted when you arrive, nice to have happen these days. Service is awesome, greeted when you arrive and kept up to date on the status of your vehicle.
