Won back a customer! A few years ago we moved from Waterloo, ON where we had excellent service on our two cars, a Mazda 6 and a 3. Unfortunately after our move we had some back experiences with the service at Bay Mazda and had focussed our buying power elsewhere, but recently due to a safety recall and five years passing we tried dealing with them again and recieved fantastic treatment. The service manager, Mike, went far out of his way (literally) to regain our confidence. Looks like our next car will be bought at Bay Mazda!! More
