I had a very disappointing experience here while trying to purchase a used vehicle. Everything started off smoothly — the sales process was great, and the staff I dealt with (especially Zeke and Zach) were to purchase a used vehicle. Everything started off smoothly — the sales process was great, and the staff I dealt with (especially Zeke and Zach) were helpful and professional. Unfortunately, things fell apart during financing. The dealership submitted a credit application on my behalf that included false financial information, without my review or consent. Even after I pointed it out, they resubmitted the application with different but still incorrect information. I have written confirmation that this was done to improve loan approval odds. The ironic thing is I have excellent credit and definitely didn’t require them to lie on my behalf. This completely broke my trust. I refused to sign and backed out of the deal. Thankfully, my deposit was refunded promptly, but being pressured to sign paperwork with knowingly false information is something I take very seriously. I’ve called the credit company and informed them and will be filing a complaint with AMVIC in the morning. I truly hope this situation is addressed internally so no one else ends up in the same position. More
