They have customers for life from us now. This was a wonderful experience. Jacques made financing and purchasing so easy and hassel free. He knows his stuff and makes you feel like a VIP customer. He called us right back on our first contact, he took our info and had more than one approval within HOURS!! Not days, HOURS!!! He then proceeded to help us find the car that fit best for us and worked numbers for multiple cars at our request...and always did it with a positive attitude and NEVER making us feel like we were wasting time. He was present for our test drive and once we made our decision, he took care of EVERYTHING! He was there from start to finish, answered all of our questions and got us what we said we were looking for and what we could afford...he worked with OUR needs. Thank you Jacques!
