Jason Shaw was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I was searching for a new vehicle. It can be a daunting experience but he was very patient and kind. When I first arrived at the dealership, Jason promptly approached me and was very kind and knowledgeable regarding the cars on the lot. He was able to answer all of the questions I had about the cars I showed interest in and gave me the space I needed to make my decision about purchasing my first car. When I made the decision to purchase my Nissan Altima, he was more than happy to take me for a test drive and show me the vehicle further. During the paperwork, and finalization stages Jason was very confident and knowledgeable about everything needed to complete the process. Jason made the my car purchase a very enjoyable experience. Since the purchase of my new vehicle I have heard from Jason three times ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase and the car was running at its top performance. I would highly recommend Jason Shaw to anybody as he is a very kind, professional and knowledgeable person. More

I have not purchased a vehicle from Barry Cullen "yet" but now that I know Thomas Douglas has joined your sales team I will most likely become a future customer. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from Thomas, 2 pick up trucks and three cars. Both my wife and I have been very pleased dealing with Thomas, He makes the experience very satisfying, he is knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, personable, passionate and friendly. When we heard his former employer closed the business it raised concerns for us as we didn't know where he would be or even still in the business, it was a relief to find him at Barry Cullen. As I mentioned, I have yet to deal with Barry Cullen therefore I don't know any of your Sales Consultants, but having said that I would like to think that Thomas will make an excellent addition to your staff and a definite asset to Barry Cullen. They seem not understand that I want MY car back! So much for GM quality control and how long does it that to get a crank shaft. Think I will go back to buying imports. They gave me a Cadillac but I have a hard time fitting 2 mobility scooter 2 baby seats and 4 adults into the car, maybe that's why I bought an 8 seat vehicle. When I asked about if GM would be willing to extend any warranty because of metal found in the engine and the possibility of future damage related to this failure I was told that we didn't sell you the car so contact the dealer that did. More

I was pleased with how I was treated at the dealership. I dealt primarily with Mitch Edwards which was a pleasure. Jason and Rhys were also good to deal with On every visit to the dealership I was warm I dealt primarily with Mitch Edwards which was a pleasure. A positive, friendly, hospitable and cheerful place to visit. I would describe my dealings more as a "buying" experience than as being "sold". All my contacts with the dealership were handled promptly and professionally. I comfortably recommend the dealership and especially Mitch. I'd be fine dealing with Cullen again and I would ask to be looked after by Mitch. More
Both Mitch Evans and Rhys Evans were friendly and informative throughout our time at the dealership. Mitch made every effort to find the vehicle with the colour and features that we wanted in our Chevrolet Traverse and that delivery was made very quickly. Our daughter and grandson were treated very well while they waited for us. Rhys stayed late on the evening before we took possession of the vehicle, so that our grandson and his mom and dad had a chance to check it out. We all had a great time. The next morning, Rhys explained in detail all of the documents that needed to be signed and service and tire contracts available. Mitch helped us set up the ON Star system and showed us how the touch screen worked, as well as other features. Overall, we had a great experience at the dealership and have enjoyed driving our new vehicle. (In addition, our grandson drew a picture and gave it to Rhys who tacked it up on the wall in his office and that meant a lot to us.) More
Buying my vehicle (a Chevrolet Sonic) at Barry Cullen was a fantastic experience! Mitch greeted my Dad and I out on the lot, and right away was very helpful and polite. What I also greatly appreciated was that he never pressured me. Rhys was also extremely kind and helpful. He took the time to listen to to me, and was very detailed with his work. He answered any questions I had, without making me feel like time was of the essence. I never expected to buy a car that day, but that's what happened, and I'm glad I did! :) I love my Sonic, and the service I received. I also thought it was very nice that Gary Cooper came to introduce himself to my father and I, and also thanked me for purchasing my car from him. A very thoughtful gesture. I have already recommended Mitch to friends and family. More
