Couldn't be Happier!! When I first met Adam, he was helping me find a car that suited me best. My previous car was in a accident and therefore I had only a few days to find When I first met Adam, he was helping me find a car that suited me best. My previous car was in a accident and therefore I had only a few days to find a new one. Adam was incredibly thorough and listened to everything I requested. I left 5 days later with a brand new Focus! Most recently, I brought my grandparents to Adam as the car they were driving was incredibly unreliable and was on the brink of a breakdown. We needed to ensure they had a car they could not only be proud of, but rely on to get them around for their personal needs. My grandparents sometimes have a difficult time communicating in English, as it's their second language, but Adam took his time explaining all of their options, and went over and beyond to make sure they were satisfied! They were absolutely thrilled and very impressed with Adam's knowledge of the industry. I have never been more impressed with customer service, and my grandparents couldn't be any happier knowing they have a reliable vehicle to take them where they need to go. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It's awesome to know someone who listens to their customers and provides exceptionally thorough service. My family and I will definitely be back!
