We were in the process of buying a used vehicle from this dealership and had given a deposit on a Friday, went back Saturday to give personal information to put in my name, spoke with dealership Tuesday and dealership and had given a deposit on a Friday, went back Saturday to give personal information to put in my name, spoke with dealership Tuesday and was told to pick it up on Wednesday after 3pm. We were halfway there when the sales rep called to say that the vehicle was no longer on the lot and was sold to someone else. And please note we are out of town and each trip is an hour or so each way. I left messages with reception and on a sales managers voice mail and no one has called back to explain to us how this could have happened. Our sales rep seems to not fully understand what happened either. No one caught that they were selling a vehicle twice in the 5/6 days we were dealing with them? How could they plate it for us to pick up when it was already being plated for someone else? It leaves me to believe that something shady is going on. Still waiting for a manager to call us back. More
